I'm known as The Networking Queen and The Coach that Connects. I was recently asked, “What’s your why?” After pondering the question, I stated, “My why is to touch move, and inspire my clients to be greater than they were before they met me. I’m a connector and a resource. I love helping my clients build deeper relationships that are beneficial to their life and business.” The word DRASTIC is not only a mindset but it’s an action word. I believe that no one is successful without taking drastic steps, and I’m honored to help my clients to be DRASTIC!
I am a passionate speaker, marketing/sales coach and 12x author! I'm also certified as an Ai consultant so that I can teach my clients how to be better marketers using AI tools. My company Drastic Results Marketing and Sales Coaching helps entrepreneurs to get known, get connected and get paid! I teach how to leverage branding, networking, and speaking to magnetically attract their clients to grow to six figures and beyond! I also have a small business TV talk show where I interview successful entrepreneurs to touch move and inspire the audience to stay in the game!
In 2019, I purchased a Network in Action franchise. I am a multi-unit franchise owner. As a franchisee, I have been awarded 2019 Rookie of the Year, 2021 Brand Ambassador. Through NIA I help business owners to grow through networking, education, community and business development.
On a personal note, I have overcome obstacles including being a widow and coming back from near-death after spending 10 days in a coma. I love to travel. I am a mother to two adult children. I am a grandmother to four (3 boys, 1 girl).

Yes, Toni Harris Taylor is also a TV Talk Show host. Her TV Show "Drastic Results with Toni Harris Taylor Show", the first season was aired on February 1, 2021. Streaming was through SGA network, ROKU, Apple TV and Fire TV platforms.
The show was rebranded in January 2024 with the name "The Marketing Strategies for Drastic Results Show". The show is still ongoing through streaming services and social media channels where guests are strategically chosen. Toni believes that entrepreneurs need to be seen and heard. They need the opportunity to tell their story. While there are literally thousands of business podcasts, there are very few video-based, sit-down business talk shows. The show offers the unique ability to have a sit-down conversation with entrepreneurs to help them to gain the confidence they need to stay and grow their businesses.
Our show gives current and future business owners the opportunity to learn from one another. The show creates connections between our small business guests and the audience to help everyone to win. This talk show will touch, move and inspire business owners to stay the course and learn from one another the secrets to success. The theme and thread that runs through the show are to persevere, stay dedicated, and be committed.
